Dolce appeared on the scene in May 2007 as a local café and bakery serving up European inspired dishes in a very unique format.  It was the first counter service concept to appear in the Inland Empire to encompass a bakery and restaurant. The focus was on healthy food, prepared fresh and custom made to order.

In November 2013, Dolce underwent a radical renovation and emerged as the first gastropub in Montclair.  With the focus still on delicious food, Dolce made the transition into the world of Craft Beers& Wines.   The menu reflected this change in style and Dolce became an eatery, drinkery and bakery serving up unique comfort food classics paired with a wide selection of Craft Beers & Wines alongside decadent desserts.

Always a gathering place for good eats, drinks, and treats, Dolce has remained one of the most well-known restaurants and bakeries in the Inland Empire.   We believe in the integrity of a good meal and know that it all starts with fresh, quality ingredients.  We source local ingredients and use local purveyors whenever possible, always maintaining a high standard of quality in everything that we do.  We know that our customers have a choice when the dine and we pride ourselves with the loyal customers that we see everyday coming back for the same consistent meals they can count on.
